Export excel show ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

when i  click export excel button will show this error message ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE ?

may i know how to fix this ?

I AM sorry but the error you see seems to be related to your install / server as in mine there is no problem and also in the demo.
Also your post is nov very complete so please, in the future if you ask support here, be more specific by write where you see the error es:
When I go on chat list and I try to exports chat with the button ..... I receive ...
