Browser Notifications

Hello,
I have last version LHC, and new notification popup Stopped working.
When the user starts a new chat, the department is not warned via popup nor does the sound appear.
Can you help me?

Hi institutocriap,
last version of LHC is 2.55 and in this version should have not this issue.

Yes i have 2.55 and dont work. I can show you, if you want.

Usually with the new version 2.55 you should not have Notification issue.
Under operator account you have all necessary in the Notification TAB.

I AM trying to assist you in the live chat but seems you are away from your PC and chat.
Also seems you are not able to understand how access to your operator account profile than check how many checkbox you have checked.

I will be busy and out in 10 minutes so if I AM not able to help you in this time you need to try to ask for support again ... or consider the commercial support if you have urgency.
I AM using the version 2.55 and I cannot see any issue on notification and sound.

After been able to see your installation,
seems your upgrade process was not done correctly and your version 2.55 is missing some functions of the new 2.55 LHC.
