Direct Link to Chat window

Hi,
I was wondering how I would create a link to drop into an email or newsletter with a direct link to a particular department/chat window?
We wanted to add a link on these to allow the customer to initiate a live helper chat right from their email.

Hi,

You can just point to. domain.com/chat/ if chat is your intall folder.
Like for example - http://demo.livehelperchat.com/

Yes, but could I direct it to a certain department? Because all our emails would be coming from a different website.

So , if i want to send one email to my customer to chat without the form, all prefilled form in the link, should be like this ?

I repeat i dont want to only prepopulate fields, i want also that the customer dont see the form, i want him to enter directly to chat with me. Is it possible ?
