Site down after GET request

Hi,
my site gone down and my hosting provider sent me the "problem" request:

GET /livehelper/index.php/site_admin/chat/onlineusers/(method)/ajax/(timeout)/3600/(maxrows)/50 HTTP/1.1" 200 5023 "http://www.domain.com/livehelper/index.php/site_admin/

The hosting sent me only this information.

It's a hosting issue or it's a bug?

Welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your message!

Shared hosting can have block on apps that take too much resource. If you are in a shared hosting this can be the reason why you get an error and is an issue related to your hosting.
Usually for a live chat is suggested a VPS or a dedicated server.

Seems not a error log what you posted here,
I think maybe you are in a shared hosting and they has locked resources as live helper chat is not really for shared hosting.

Yes we are on shared hosting.

I thought the problem is that and you get me a confirm.

They don't give us enough resources

Yes Shared hosting is not a solution for host a live chat but you think, as solution, to use a solution hosted away: not in your server.
