can I use the liveHelperChat in localhost?

hi.
I want to use the livehelperchat in the localhost by xampp.
so I copied the lhc_web folder in the my local php project same as I used in my real host.
then I wrote : "http://localhost/[my_path]/lhc_web" and in step(2) in the "Database settings" it gives me an error:

Cannot login with provided logins. Returned message:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'ghasem'***'localhost' (using password: YES)

while I created a database in the phpMyAdmin and set a user for it.

can I use the livehelperchat in localhost?if true, why I received this error?

Hi ghasem,
thank you for your message.
I usually do not give support on localhost installation but you are asking if you can use LHC for testing purpose on localhost: sure you can and should work.

The error message seems is an issue with the connection to your local database.
Access denied usually is because username and / or password of the database are not correct.

I think that the liveHelperChat is very good and we can simply customize it.
but this can be better and more friendly yet. for example the text-sizes are very small and I think it should be bigger (minimally 2 pixel bigger).
please consider this point PeopleInside.
