Hi.
Thank you very much for your service.it's very nice and perfect.
I have a problem.
first the chat box worked perfectly in my website.
then I cleaned the cache by choosing "clean cache" in the "System configuration" in the management panel.
then refresh my website again.
but I saw that the chat box is not shown.
why?how can I show it again?

Hi ghasem,
welcome in the live helper chat forum!
Clean cache is a function who clean the cache when you do some updates like upgrade the version or you edit some code (like an edit on the language file, if you are expert) than you need to clean cache.
The use of this functions should not hide your chatbox so sound strange to me that your chatbox has disappeared for that reason. I suggest to check page source and see if the Embed code is still present on the page.

hi PeopleInside.
thank you again.
yes the Embed code exists yet in my php file.
I changed "Live help is online" to other text as you siad in the following link:
https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-chang … -332a.html
then I saved the changes and reload my index.php file and I saw that the chat box is not exist.
I did not change anything other.
so I don't know why the chat box is disappeared:(

You can resume the file you edited and going in the Live helper chat settings, you can create a widget theme. From here you can change the text you want directly from the admin side.
Edit file and code is not a good idea and that guide page is maybe not updated.

I converted this language php file to initial case and reload my website,but the chat box didn't show again.
I think that there is a problem some where in the package in this case.
please look at this procedure.
Now I want to again re-configure my setup and tell you it's result.

thank you PeopleInside.
I corrected it.
now I have another question.
how can I change font-family and font size from the Live helper chat settings?
I couldn't find any option for this issue...

Hi,
sorry you cannot customize the font.
If you need there are commercial support.
I cannot assist with this: is out of my scope of free limited support.

so what is this topic?

That topic said that if you have knowledge about CSS or code you can edit yourself. There is no options in the panel for do that.
If you customize the code and something stops to work, no free support will be given about this.
Of curse if you are able to use code you can do all. I was telling you there is no function in the panel for let operator or admin edit the font.

I don't need to panel and can change from the code.
so I used from the following code in raw_css,but does not change anything.
lhc_web/design/defaulttheme/tpl/lhchat/getstatus/container.tpl.php :
#lhc_container * {
font-family: Verdana;
font-size:16px;
...
}
I changed arial to Verdana and 12px to 16px. then I cleaned the cache and reload my website.but did not change anything.

Hi ghasem,
as I told you need know well LHC and code for made changes in the code and seems you are doing this not right as I see your are editing files inside defaulttheme.
Consider that you can also add CSS by creating a widget theme in the admin section than use the apposite CSS space.
Regarding custom edit you can read more here:
https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-a-cha … -403a.html
I cannot give other help on this because is out of the scope of mine free limited support.
Hope you will be able to fix all your issue.

I never been able to find an article on the Documentation where was well explained how to customize themes with customtheme folder so I can understand why you are trying to edit defaulttheme folder's file's. However I cannot assist you with this kind of customization not included in the admin / operator panel
