Problem Logging into site_admin

Hello Folks,

I have followed all the steps in the wiki page for "white pages" and receive the following:

There was no error logged into my server error log.

I am getting this error when attempting to login:

Also on the contact form I get errors

Hi,

1. Replace cache/cacheconfig/settings.ini.php file with https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/blob/master/lhc_web/cache/cacheconfig/settings.ini.php
In general no idea why this happened. No way to reproduce
2. It's not an error it's just debug output.

That did not fix the problem. So I reinstalled everything, My version was out of date. It is working fine now.
