Install from Cpanel

Hi!

If someone know how to upload "LCH" (Live Chat Helper) From Cpanel? I'm also need support to make it work from PrestaShop. I'll appreciate any help

welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your first post!

For install live helper chat you should have a VPS or a dedicated server and a minimum of knowledge base how install app on the server.
It's not too difficult but you should know what is FTP, a folder and a database.

Once you know that you can download last live helper chat version from here:

Regarding PrestaShop I cannot give to you support about PrestaShop but you can go on the official website and find all you need.
For integrate Live helper chat into prestashop just generate an Embed code in live helper chat (you will be able to do that after have installed Live helper chat) than put the embed code in the right place on PrestaShop.
