osTicket CRFS token error

I try to use the osTicket Integration but I've a problem with CRFS token, anyone have same issue? possible workaround?

Hi,
are you using PHP 7 or upper?
Seems OsTicket have issue on PHP 7 however this is not the place where discuss about OsTicket issues :-)

Are you using the extension of OsTicket in live helper chat?
You can just also set a filter to open a ticket only for offline message without plugin,
if you do not want a ticket is created for all started chats.

yes php 7 on ubuntu (osticket and livechat is in the same server) and using live helper chat extension. OsTicket 1.10

Well OsTicket have issue with PHP 7 :-)

I solve this issue changing the url destination from /api/ticket.json to /api/http.php/ticket.json and now it works fine

UPDATE

small issue but very tedious. In some case when I try to create ticket I catch this error
Unable to create ticket: Unable to create new ticket: validation errors:↵user: Incomplete client information

But I don't know when/how appen.

Hi,
I cannot provide support for OsTicket.
Maybe is when there are no email set? Or maybe some mandatory field not compiled.

If you are using the plug in I cannot help so much as I AM not using OsTicket plugin smile

found the issue.

In my settings(osTicket) I use "validate email" and in my test I use fake email adderss.
