Online/Ofline Problem?

Hello;
When I open the program going live support online, but when I close the program I'm going off-line. I looked but could not find such a setting on weekdays compared to only have hour format.

Really not sure what you are asking there. Chat goes offline after 5 minis of last sync. you can change that timeout in back office also.

Live helper chat program open to online === program closed to oflline.
How can I do this?

Set your status to offline before closing a program. And actually what are you using, desktop client or web?
In desktop perhaps and possible to do this in web. Do not think so. Like there can be multiple windows and so on. You are the only one having this problem
