Disable chat list

Hi,
I want to disable chat list menu for operators. The exact link of the menu is /site_admin/chat/list. I have tried every permission but it's still there.
What permission is linked to this? How can I disable it? I have removed configuration menu from the dashboard but operator can still access the option when goind to dashboard - chats list. The problem is that the operator can see all departments and users when searching for chats.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
now I AM from mobile so cannot help you much but if you look into the documentation there is a way to allow operator to only see and open his department or and assigned chat. Maybe if there is no instruction here you should try to ask in GitHub if no reply here.

There are no a function different from this to deny access to the chat list so, if you continue to needs help about this you need try to ask on GitHub or use the commercial support.
