Sound when Browser does not have focus
Is there a way to get the LiveChat to ding if the browser does not have focus? It seems that the only time it will ding is if the browser window is the current program being used.

No, it's not possible 
as from what i know.
:-) for now this is not supported, you can turn off audio if you are in chat with the right icon on the operator console.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I was just curious as I know the popups and tab name seem to change even if the browser does not have focus. I'm guessing that those are running as part of a Windows Service and that is why. I wasn't sure if the sound could be handled in the same manner.
