Leave a message to start chatting

Hi,

I have Leave a message functionality in my website,Now I wanted to show a button with "start chatting" on it,If the chat is logged in or else I need to have a button called "leave a message". How can I do it?

welcome in the live helper chat forum and thanks for your first post.

You can go on settings >> live help configuration (tab) >> start chat form settings

for decide what to show.
