Chat Storage

Hi all,

I've installed lhc in a dedicated server, I'd like to ask something
Can I query the database to retrieve chat conversation?

If I query lh_chat_file I can retrieve some details about chats but not the conversation in fact.
Any hints about how to proceed to gather chat information. I'd like to produce custom reports based in data analysis of web chats.

I AM sorry but I cannot help you with that.

You can wait here some days for see if chat owner can reply to you but consider that is very busy.
It give free time after work for this project and it's not easy. This is why I AM providing basic help.
What is out of basic help need to be forwarded to the commercial support (more info on my Forum signature) or to the official Documentation.

If you do not receive a reply here you can try to post a question in the official GitHub only if this is very important to you.

I've found it!

For anyone who wants msg access in the database they are stored in lh_msg table.
