View other department chats

Hi,

In my installation I can't see chats of departments I'm not assigned to, even though I am an administrator.

I want to see those chats, but not get selected as chat agent for them.

Any ideas?

Hi Metrotyranno,
from what I know, admin can see all pending chat not only of assigned departments.
If you want see closed chat not assigned to you you must assign yourself to all departments or to the desired department as closed chat is only visible (also for admin) to only operator or admin assigned.

Any chats from the other departments, pending too.

Let's see if I can do something for you in live chat. We are chatting now and I will update this topic if and as soon I have more info.
Update:
As I told if you are not assigned to the department you cannot maybe see Archivied chats and also canned message assigned to the specific department that you are not assigned.

A solution can be create an Administrator account always set as offline who are assigned to all departments so you can see all without be online.
