profile picture is not visible on proactive chat

I have an issue showing the profile picture for the agents on new chat version.

Long ago, I have been asked to change the settings under settings.ini

enable extension in settings/settings.ini.php
'extensions' =>
array (
'customwidget'
),

But this technique is not working nor either without this script

What kind of extension you activate?
Custom widget is something you can customize from admin side not editing settings.ini

However I AM chatting with you right now.
This issue seems to be specific for your case at this time, seems not to be an issue in live helper chat but in your installation.

Hi, in your case as you have set a custom theme so you are not using custom template I cannot assist you.

I have deleted the custom theme word under array.

However I do not see the profile picture on proactive chats .

sorry this is your installation issue. As you can test in the demo of live helper chat is not an issue relative to all. I cannot assist you on this.
You can try a new install or look into the commercial support.

You can try to find me in live chat but I AM busy in those day.
Maybe I can look with a remote support for see if I can do something for help for free but is not easy.
