live helper chat database

Hi there,

I'm new here, I'm trying to install Live Chat Helper for my website on a Windows server, but I'm stuck in the step: "Next you have to enter database settings. Database have to be precreated".

Please can you help. How can I create the database?
Where can I find some documentation to create this batabase?

Database is something in your hosting account. Is difficult help you about that.
Are you on a shared hosting?

I can try to support you better in private, in that case if you don't want share here the URL of your website.
I need understand with type of hosting do you have.

For live helper chat a VPS or a dedicated server is suggested or required.
Shared hosting can have problems or use of live chat can be forbidden by the terms and conditions of the hosting company.
