Also seems desktop software is not updated so suggest to use Web interface.

Thanks for your help.

Looking for some information yesterday I ended up finding this platform, it seems there is a project in progress. The project has 100% status, but still has reviews, I already registered and i'm contributing.Can I already apply a patch to use?

You have to try to download it. You have the download button.
After download you have to understand how to apply.

My info was not fully correct, a patch is available...
I have not looked well into your issue because I think is NOT A GOOD IDEA use Desktop app of Live helper chat,
this because the app is not updated since long time and has some important bug (to me) like: when you are typing visitor will not see operator are typing.

In the desktop app you can miss many different info and functions that in web app works correctly because is constantly updated.
However you can try to use that file who should work and understand how to apply.
I cannot assist you with this :-)

Thank you in the same way.

I found a way to apply a translation by editing the parameters of the "settings.xml" file. It's working.
