I have installed live helper chat in within my own hosting environment. Everything went smooth with only green "lights" on. DB is up and the application seemingly works fine. However there are no glyphicons and only weird lead-in texts in the admin application:

My Chrome is set to Danish language - could that be the problem?
Thanks in advance

Hi - and thanks for your quick reply. Very much appreciated.
Getting closer to the root of the problem it appears to be, that loading of the material icons doesn't work.
If I insert the following code into the admin interface - it seems to work ok:
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/icon?family=Material+Icons" rel="stylesheet">
I appreciate your point about this problem being server specific, but I can't see how I should remedy this on the server side.
Thanks for your kind support
All the best

Hi sv,
your issue sound strange to me.
If I insert the following code into the admin interface - it seems to work ok:
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/icon?family=Material+Icons" rel="stylesheet">
So maybe you can solve by adding this where you have added this. Unfortunately I don't know why you have this issue and how to fix in server side.

I created an admin theme and added the line you mentioned.
This seems solve your issue but icon are big now. Seems you are using a mobile theme.
Is a strange issue on your server side.
You can try to fix in the admin theme settings by clicking on the name of the default theme you can try different css parameters
