Hi, sorry but I dont understand the instalation guide.

Can you please help me with instalation?

1. I extracted the zip file, where could I copy it? By using FTP to the folder mysite.cz/web/web-content?

But the instalation finished by Make sure that "cache/*" is writable and then try again.

What could I do?

Hi Rox,
welcome in the Live helper chat Forum and thank you for your first two posts!

Seems to me you not have basic web knowledge as the live helper chat it install like other web applications.
Once you have downloaded and unzipped the zip file on your PC you can rename as you want the folder "lhc_web".
For example you can choose to rename in "livechat".

After renamed that folder you can use an FTP program to upload the entire folder to your server desired location,
once done that you can point to the install URL.

by using FTP you can check cache permission should be maybe 0755.
Maybe set cache folder to 0755 will solve your issue.

I have searched in documentation or forum for folder permission but unable to find that official guide.

Hi,
your cache folder is set correctly and also Live helper checks on install says there are no issue.

Seems your issue can be related to a server configuration.
You may try to use php 5.6 to test it or try install on a different server if you can.

I cannot really help more by changing your server settings, unfortunately.
Let me know if you was able to solve the issue maybe "how to solve" can be useful also for other users.
