At this moment there are no logged in support staff members, but you can leave your messages

I am logged in to admin.   Testing with another browser, and set to hide when offline, the widget shows, butsays "At this moment there are no logged in support staff members, but you can leave your messages
How do we fix this?

I think I figured it out  How many seconds for a user to be considered as being online was set to 5

300 is default. Do not keep it less than 15 seconds. Or you will have what you have now - inconsistent status.
