livehelper chat Widget doesn't work in my web anymore

Hello, i was using livehelper chat in my web outlive.cl, but it stopped working yesterday.
this is the embed code i was using in my web www.outlive.cl

i tried the other scripts (Faq, chatbox), it work, but chat script doesn't work
¿can anybody help me? Please!

seems you reached the maximum chat of your plan:
http://outlive.livehelperchat.com/esp/
You need wait the reset time or upgrade your plan.

Free plan has 14 days of evaluation for hosted version. You can decide to download live Helper Chat and host in your vps of dedicated server. Will be free but hosted version on live Helper Chat subdomain have plan.
