issue in install with ci framework

I am trying to install app on linux along with ci framework and face the following issue.
Please help me.

Seems you missed something or have not done well install. Try new install by following the guide.

i am just upload the code n server and try to install. and unable to install. I think Ci htaccess is conflict with this. but i am not sure on this issue.

sorry to hear you have issue. I am "out of the office" until 9 January so for now I cannot support more.
Maybe yes is your server configuration issue . This will be out of the scope of the support here however if you have not solved your issue on 9 January please write back here and I will try to help you. Now I have limited Internet and I AM from mobile.
