Connect livehelperchat to facebook?

Hello, how to connect livehelperchat to facebook, for example one user send a message to facebook and I receive to notification chat, thanks for your help.

thank you for your question.

This is not supported by the live chat but you can install Pidgin and setup for have chat of Facebook so when someone start a chat a window with chat are opened on your PC.

This has nothing to do with live helper chat.
