Online visitor not working
Dear,
My acc is https://techbox.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/
Few days ago, Online visitor not working.
Offline message still ok, send to my mail.
What happen?
Could you fix it urfently because I send mail to you few days ago.

Thank you for your message and for be a customer of the Hosted version of Live helper chat.
Sound strange to me online visitor was working before and now is no more working.
First check to do is log in with an admin account and see if online visitor are visible.
This for understand if the issue may affect only operators.

Have you recently changed the Embed code on your websites?

Update: Your server (website) seems to be down so this let me think issue is not in LHC but in your server / configuration side.
This is an update after your reply to my private email message where you shared where your chat is. Your website is unreachable for me and also from online up or down check service.
If will be more update I will also update this topic, for now issue seems to be not in LHC but your server side.
No really possible LHC free support on your server side
