How can i encode the fr translation file ?

Hi,

I need help,

Actually when a adminstrator is typing, the user see that "est en train d'écrire...".

I tried to encode the file of translation in an other encoding, but without success.

How can i fix that ?

Hi,
thank you for your post. You can try to correct the translation here: https://www.transifex.com/remigijus-kim … lper-chat/ the effect will be not immediate but you need to wait a next release or you can report the issue on GitHub https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues as this sound to be an issue.

You can also edit the relative file in the language folder and file... but the issue will be again present on next update so is not suggested.
