How do I block this IP?

I am trying to block own IP but its not working.

It appears like this:

How do I enter that?   When i enter it with other normal ips and separate with comma it doesn't block it.

Hi, what you are pasting here seems to be a MAC address not an IP.
Only IP block is supported.
