Forgot Admin username

Hi,

I forgot the admin username.  I was able to retrieve the password.

Can you please help.

Have you downloaded live Helper Chat or are you on the hosted version?
Anyway check your SPAM folder. If your email of operator are not correct or your configuration have issue on send email is difficult assist you with this.

I downloaded it and have it installed on our server under our domain name.

i can have the password emailed to the email address associated with the admin account.  however, I forgot the username.
