Today I'm having a weird situation with my Live Helper Chat instance. No matter which email I type in "Default from e-mail address" it always takes the first one that was working previously. I don't know if I'm clear enough. I was searching in the database in order to try to change it manually, but I haven't found the email address printed there.
Probably with some screen shots I can put you in context.
If you look at the second image, you will that there is a different email in the "Default from e-mail address" field but the error is showing a completely different email address that was the first one that I was using previously for testing purposes.

this is a strange issue and I cannot assist with this.
Sorry for that.
You can try to ask on GitHub https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues but I think your issue will be not solved soon or maybe can be closed as invalid if this is not a BUG or issue in Live helper chat.
If you need fast support about that you need maybe try to asking in GitHub and after consider the commercial support or don't know.
I cannot assist you on that I think is your server and LHC issue but I can't say more.

Is the email in the error the same email present in this operator profile? Please check.
Also try to use same email address and not different email address on the screenshot.

Really? Is this your answer? Addressing me to buy commercial support instead to try to give me some advice with a tool created by you and open source? If you don't have a proper answer for this bug, how can I be sure that with commercial support I could have one?

Have you set sender address and default address the same?
Please go in your operator profile and check your email address. Is the email address that appear in the error message?
Seems your Live helper chat is tring to deliver a test message to that address and an error occur.
