I'm trying to make an integration with java web when performing the methods by json another domain, appears message XMLHttpRequest
have any documentation for integration with other systems ?

Just try to read documentation about chat api. Perhaps it would help. In any case integration in site is just embeding js code.

I managed to do the integration , where the crm java communicates with live helper , can meet the chat trough the application in java .
I used rest api as a form of communications

Hi,
Can you please let me know how you did this? My usecase is to initiate the chat message from visitor, but not through javascript, but from external application (say some java service).
