Products dropdown

Hi
I'd need to make the Products Dropdown show only when a specific Department is selected in the Department DDL.
Is possible to implement such feature?

Are you using the last version 2.51 of Live helper chat?
I AM not using products I will try to test now in the demo for see how this work.

When you activate products module and you go on Embed code you have the option "Show product selection based on selected departments"
You can try to use a new generated Embed code and see if works

I'm using the last version.
if I select or unselect "Show product selection based on selected departments", the generated code doesn't change.
If in "departments" i select one o more departements wich are associated to one or more products, in generated widget i see only the "Products" dropdown but not the "Departements" dropdown.

I suggest in this case to open a topic in GitHub here:

Include the GitHub link here and in the GitHub topic include this forum link discussion.

The chat owner will see your issue, maybe not soon.
If you need this soon there are commercial support so you also help this open source project,
however maybe if your is an issue with Live helper chat should be fixed for free but can take long time as the chat owner are very busy.

With commercial support maybe time is more short.
