PHP 5.6 upgrade

hi

i have just upgraded my server from PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.6 and now the canned message modal will load but the submit button is not working all else is ok

What you are saying is a strange issue.
Are you on a web server or you are testing on local?

Please be sure to clean cache.
If you continue to have this issue I need chat with you and maybe look with you at this issue as is the first time I heard something like this.
With the update to PHP 5.6 you can have email issues because if your server has not a valid certificate and you don't configured PHP 5.6 with the certificate patch you may will have issue on sending email... but the canned message stop to works sound strange.

Try in the next day to see if the issue was resolved,
