On the livehelperchat host there is a file robots.txt which blocks indexing of all content.
Since the livehelperchat is included dynamically on all pages there is content blocked on all pages.
"When a robots.txt file on a site forbids crawling those resources, it can influence how Google displays and indexes the page".
I am worried the indexing of my webpage is less than it could be.
The blocked URL that Google webmaster tools is complaining about:
https://*****.livehelperchat.com/nld/chat/getstatus/(click)/internal/(position)/bottom_right/(ma)/br/(check_operator_messages)/true/(top)/350/(units)/pixels/(leaveamessage)/true/(disable_pro_active)/true?r=&l=*****
Is this something that can be fixed by i.e. only blocking the pages where the popup links to?
Kind regards,

Hi gerben,
thank you for your first post. Welcome in the Live helper chat forum!
When you install Live helper chat on your server if you do not have a dedicated domain for your live support I suggest to install the live chat in a dedicated folder, means not install Live helper chat on root of your hosting space where you can have also hosted file. Just create a folder with your desired name and put all content of Live helper inside than run the installation.
I AM also checking the last package available here: https://livehelperchat.com/article/static/5
and cannot find any robots.txt file.
Are you sure this file is from Live helper chat?

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have the hosted installation on [myname].livehelperchat.com
This installation is handled by Remigijus Kiminas ?
Maybe he can fix this?

But if the chat is not hosted in your website I cannot understand how you can have robots.txt issue.
If this file is present can be read only on the livehelperchat domain not in your domain so I think there is nothing wrong also in the hosted version of livehelper chat.
The robots.txt can have effect on your domain only if is hosted by you.
As the domain is livehelperchat.com you should not have any issue related to robots.txt hosted not by you because affect only the server where this file is hosted, not your domain also if you include the embed code of the chat in your websites.

I agree that it should not effect eachother.
However; Since every page on my host loads content from [myname].livehelperchat.com, Google is complaning it can not make a complete render and thereby Google may alter the indexing position (which I am very concerned about )
The first URL is actually copy-pasted from the error in webmaster tools (and anonymized by me).
I'll send Remdex an email. Thanks!

I AM not expert but from the sentence you pasted from Google sound to me that the URL blocked is the livehelperchat URL not your website URL.
Anyway you can ask to remdex. I will be very happy to have news about your issue here, also in the forum.
I hope remdex can reply to you asap because is very, very busy but as you are a customer is right for you send a support request, I think.
Good luck and thanks for the feedback
