I apologize if the topic is repeated, which is quite likely because I do not imagine I'm the first to need it, but maybe I'm looking for the wrong term because I did not find any posts related to it. My English is also translated so it will not be perfect.
Lets go to what matters!
Is it possible to reopen chat based on an ID instead of creating a new one each time the user loses the session?
I tried paid chat, auto login, identifier among others.
I'll explain better:
I have a website where I will offer online attendance for visitors. So far so good.
But when the visitor hires our services he stops being a visitor and starts to have an ID (with email and password), so I would like to keep the conversation and every time my client was logged in the system the chat retrieved the history and Instead of creating a new one.
I am grateful for any help or direction I should research.

YES, in settings, live helper chat, chat configuration, misc you can set this.
NO, you can set on (settings, live helper configuration, misc) chat is reopened in the widget but not in the way you are looking for. Not from ID, after sometimes for security reason chat are no more accessible to the visitor.

I think this is not possible or you need programming. You can refer to the documentation:
