Reactive "Pro active chat invitations"

Hi all,
I need some help..
How do I reactive "Pro active chat invitations" after user closed it?

Now, when access to my website, the "Pro active chat invitations" will be displayed.
If user click to close button, it will be closed and doesn't display again when user reload or go to next page.
So, I want to display it again, even if the user closes it before?

welcome in the Live helper chat forum and thanks for your first post!

Actually I agree with you, should be a way to reopen a pro active chat invitation or update message if operator send second message to the user.
This seems to be not supported at the moment.
You can create a feature request on the official github page:

Hi PeopleInside,

Thank you for help.
It display again if I go to backend and remove the online tracking record, so is there any way to disable the online tracking and pro active chat invitation will display every time user access the website, even it is closed before?
If not, I think I need create a feature request as you said.

You can read the guide Ultimate tutorial for pro active chat installation and chat install
next time visitor come and have no cookie the pro active will trigger again.
