10 - Unable to receive email from LHC or offline email

If you have not configured Live helper chat for send email via SMTP,
emails sent from Live helper chat can goes into SPAM or not be delivered.

You need to go in settings >> mail settings and setup SMTP.
You may also need to goes into E-Mail templates and set as sender the same address you configured to work with SMTP or maybe if this email address are different the server can refuse to send the message so your emails will be not delivered.
