User tracking across multiple domains

Hello there,
We have one installation of Live Helper Chat and we are using it on multiple domains. On domain, which is set in Cookie related settings it's tracking user across site correctly, but problem is on the other sites (doesnt hold chat session and chat is closed everytime after refresh or click on link). Is there any possible way to set multiple sites to Cookie related settings? I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks.

Hi and thanks for your post. This issue has been discussed many times in the forum also is present in the Official Documentation.
Your issue come from wrong settings on your Live helper chat installation.

Thanks for the advice, but I have it set correctly, but only for one domain, I need to configure it for multiple domains, for example : domain1.com and domain2.net. Is this possible? Really thanks for your response!
