auto login during 9:00 AM until 6:00PM?

Hello!

I am wondering is this possible for me to create an auto login at 9:00am and auto logout at 6:00pm. I want to keep the chat window online during 9:00am-6:00pm automatically. Many thanks!

Hi tea,
you can set the live chat to be online on scheduled day / time by going in departments, than edit your department and check the option:
"Work hours/work days logic is active" than set as you prefer start time and end time.

Settings >> live help configuration >>  Departments
