Hi, what you mean with "possible to automatically and equal distribution of incoming chats between users" ?
You mean you want when there are a new pending chat all operator see it in pending chat until is not accepted?

I understood the question to be something like auto-assign of chat to operator. If I'm not mistaken, auto-assign doesn't exist in LHC right?
Well *** needs to clarify what his question is.

scalior thanks for your help, is really appreciated.
I AM asking why pawel are asking this. From what I know LHC send the pending chat request to all operators.
Or admin can decide to use round robin/assignment https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-setup … -322a.html
but maybe the default way LHC works is ok no need to be changed.

hi
Sorry for the confusion. What I meant was:
- I have 3 logged operators,
- I have 5 new incoming chats
Now 1st chat should go to the 1 operator, 2 to the 2 operator, 3 to the 3 operatorr, 4 to the 1 operator, 5 to the 2 operator ... and so on
From what I understand it is not possible ...
Thanks for your help, and for information about round-robin option.

Hi pawel,
have you tested what happen if 2 operators of the same department receive a pending chat?
All operator should receive this chat so LHC should work by default as you are requesting.
You can change this way by setting up the round-robin who works in different way so chat in this mode is passed to just only first operator. If the operator doesn't take the chat is passed to the next department operator.
Let me know if your issue was fixed.
Thanks.

It seems to me that the round-robin option will be sufficient for us (I have to discuss it with others).
thanks.
