Blank page on statistic site

Hi
I have installed new version of LHC (ubuntu 16.04 LTS, PHP7, apache2), everything works fine besides statistic. When I try to open it I get blank page (no errors on apache2 error.log).
Is anyone can tell what should I check ?

Hi,
welcome in the Live helper chat forum and thanks for your first post!
I believe your issue can be the PHP 7, maybe is not yet fully supported by Live helper chat.

I don't know if you can try if the same issue is present also with PHP 5.6 but maybe can be a PHP compatibility issue.

It is not it. On both versions of php I getting the same result.
PS: in firefox I get a blank page, but on chrome I get "HTTP ERROR 503"

Hi pawel,
this can be your server issue as 503 is service unavailable.
Maybe there are something in some settings maybe in the server.

I have really no idea how I can help. You can try to find me in chat so maybe we can try to take a look together,
also if you can please share the url where your widget is installed so I can take other look and see if I am able to find an issue.

For now we only testing it for my company, and it is installed on my computer in local network.
We are trying to find replacement for our current live chat (because of some legal issues about protection of personal data).
If the LHC meets our demands, we will add it to our website.
I'll try to check server settings.

My support are more limited in a local install and I have heard sometimes some issue was resolved moving the test LHC on the web so usually my limited support is better in the hosted (not in local) version.
You can update this topic anytime.
Hope you will be able to solve your issue. I suggest to monitor the error log when you see a blank page or try to change from PHP 7 PHP 5.6 and see other errors, etc always suggest to check server error log.

If you are unable to see working on local you can consider to create a protected folder or an hidden area on your server to test on the server side.
