Sometimes you can have issue on see the Live helper chat working on your new clean install.
You can have forbidden message or not found page, etc.

This tutorial can help you to fix your LHC (Live helper chat).

First of all please made a backup of your LHC existing install (folder + database) if you have important data on LHC.

After please download the last Live helper chat version from the official download page link:
https://livehelperchat.com/article/static/5 (The direct download link is: https://github.com/remdex/livehelpercha … master.zip )

Now you need extract the downloaded package with 7zip
Also if you have another unzip program you will need to install 7zip. Sometimes issue are made by a wrong unzipping program.
You can download 7Zip for free here:
http://www.7-zip.org/ and install it

Now you can extract the zipped file and than follow the installation guide here:

Be sure all necessary files are being transferred via secure FTP and no file is missed. If some files fail the upload process please annotate it in a file, this can be useful for give you a better support.
Now all should work fine, if not maybe your issue is caused by your server or hosting configuration so... the issue can be not relative to Live helper chat,
anyway you can try to find support on the forum or try to contact me for a limited free support.

Check on the update information page under LHC settings if your LHC database and version is updated to the last version.
