Issue with Chat Configuration

I have performed a fresh install of livehelperchat and each time when i modify some settings in the chat configuration. I encountered this issue when I bring up the debug console.

After that, my chat widget become non-functioning as shown below.

I am not sure what is causing the issue but it makes my chat widget unusable each time I configured something in the chat configuration and eventhough i untick the options the chat widget remains unusable.

Kindly assist if available.

thank you for your post and Welcome in the Live Helper Chat Forum!
Seems you have server issue. Some settings or something in your server are not good at the moment for run LHC.

For help you better please give a reply point by point to this questions:

1. Are you on VPS, Dedicated Server or Shared Hosting?
2. Are you self hosting the LHC?
3. Can you share here or in private the URL where the widget should be visible?

Also please check your server does not have HotLinking protection active.

Thanks for the quick response!

I am using cPanel to host the livehelperchat.

To test the issue further, I tried to self-host myself and there is no such issues.... Only happens on my cPanel server.

Unfortunately my server has not enabled HotLinking protection.

Seems something is wrong in your LHC install. Maybe you have not uploaded all files in the server so you have issue.

Please try to download the last LHC version from here:

If you don't have already please download and use /zip for unzip the folder file.
You can download 7Zip here:
http://www.7-zip.org/

Sometimes issue are coming from a wrong unzip program who miss some files.

Once you have unzipped the content you can upload via FTP by following install instruction here:

Make sure all necessary files are transferred via secure FTP.
Than try to see if your issue is resolved.
