Can users see their chat via login?

I know administrators/mods are able to login to the site admin area to see previous chats. I want to have the users asking for support to also be able to login somewhere and see their past chats, is that possible/available?

I never see a chat system who let the user log in in the operator area for see his chat.
You can let the visitor to be able to send the chat transcript via email, you can do this in the LHC settings but should be enable by default: if you start a chat as visitor you will see after is acpeted you have the function to send email with chat transcript. Your LHC has to have configured correctly SMTP for this works and email are delivered.

Is not possible allow user to log in in the operator console for see his chat history, sorry. This is not a ticket system but a chat.
I never hear a live chat solution who support this. Maybe you need a live chat support develop just only for your case. smile

Thanks for the reply. What I meant is that users might want to see their past chat logs. So it doesn't have to mean they log in to the admin area, but just that the users seeking support also can have an area where they can log in and see their chat history. So any suggestions of a LHC plugin or ticketing system that would allow live chat?

sorry I never heard about this kind of chat solution so cannot suggest you.
I tried different live chat system but with past history never tried funded.
