02 - Any Mobile App Support?

September 2020 new official mobile app available since version 3.40.

Discover how to configure the mobile app: Mobile app setup

On Apache and PHP server you may need add on .htaccess file the following lines:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} ^(.*)
RewriteRule .* - [e=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%1]

Than logout and login on the mobile app.
This will fix the issue that when operator typing from the mobile app no typing indicator is showed to the visitor.
