Hello!

I would like to get the customer data before logging in, to see if it is in the database of our crm, add the additional information returned from the base.

Do you have any example I can be looking at?

Please be more specific when you write here in the LHC Forum. loggin in where? In the operator console?

I AM unable to understand your request. Maybe the title of the Topic is giving to me an idea of what are you talking: CRM so seems you have a CRM database and want integrate with LHC.
This I think is not supported at the moment or maybe you can use API... I cannot assist you on this but I can tell you where the documentation is.

Please remember this is an Open Source Project so this means maybe if you want integrate LHC with your CRM you can ask on the official GitHub Page for add this feature in the future, not soon.

My help here is basilar not advanced with integration of Live Helper Chat with database like CRM.

So you want when your user log in feel the chat pre compiled with user's data like email, name, etc?
I think this is not supported.
You can ask in LHC GitHub Page if you want to use this feature.
I cannot assist on this.

You can take a look in the news https://livehelperchat.com/news-5c.html for see each version what introduce of new and see if you are able to find the solution.
I think what you are looking for it's not supported at the moment but if you want confirm please open a topic in GitHub page, the chat owner will reply you but maybe not soon.

I just came across this extension and it might be of interest to you.

Particularly, if you look at sugarcrm/sugarcrm/bootstrap/bootstrap.php you will see some references to some data about leads and updating the data. The code seems complex but may be helpful in giving you a starting point.

You can also search the forum for phrases like "customer name" or "crm" to see if anything interesting pops up.
