Problem at end chat survey

Hello,
I have last version of LHC 2.5 and i made an survey and associate them in html code widget.
If operator close a chat conversation i see only a legend to write a short avaliation and dont see a form with my questions of my survey.

Can you help me to solve this?

Hi,
thank you for your post.
Please check the current survey is selected in your Embed code.
You need maybe try to generate new one.

Is this happening on all department or just only one?
Try to check what I say, if the issue persist we will indagate more for solve your case.

I tried to start a chat in your website at department Marketing. Started a chat, closed and no survay is showed, chat is closed. Maybe your Embed code is not well generated.

Yes because i desatived survey in embebed code while not working.

Hi,
you have two issues for now. One issue is not the first time I AM able to see and is overlapping on the chat,
I don't know for now why but you have custom CSS in the widget so maybe I need see without this if the overlapping still present.

The second issue is relative to the surveys.
I check your surveys settings and is all correct. also Embed code is correct and LHC settings seems correct to but your survays page in the widget doesn't show questions and reply.
We should investigate why.

Please let me know about the results of the test I asked to do. A celan install and let's see if the issue is present also in a test LHC with default settings on your server.
Your php version seems to be ok.

Hi,
sorry but at the moment this log doesn't help me to help you.
I need know if a clean new install (test) of the LHC works or not so please try to install a clean instance of LHC, create a simply survey and see if works.
You can keep the existing LHC install and install the new in a new folder with new database.

Maybe you can have issue for a wrong update process. Maybe you have done the upgrade in a wrong way.
A way to fix the issue can be try again to follow the upgrade procedure by making a backup of your folder and database LHC existing install.

I suggest to use 7Zip for extract the file. A wrong extract software can made you missing some files so create issue.
Also be sure to replace all suggested folder and be sure all file are being transferred via TLS FTP or secure FTPS.

Sometimes some people has used bad and also know unzip program who not extract all files.
This cause issue so that's why I AM suggested to be very sure all file are well extracted. Again usually I suggest to use: http://www.7-zip.org/
because discover other program sometimes can give issues.

Is not enough follow the guide, another important things is to be sure all necessary file are correctly uploaded without error or skipped files.

I will wait the response of the new LHC install test.

Hello, I found the cause of the problem.
Its a problem related with overwrite files code off customtheme folder and files in design folder, if deleted this folder the problem disappears.
What is strange is that there are the same files in the folder customtheme and defaulttheme folder, only changed the favicon.ico

Edit the code can always cause issue.
In that case a clean install will give the results of working well so after that test I can be sure is your LHC is corrupted... and you found the cause.

When edit files or code you have to stay very careful.

But i dont edit anything.
I only replace image of favicon.ico.
The code is the same of defaulttheme because i copy all files from this folder to customtheme folder.

Yes i know but used 7-zip and put all files in server with FileZilla program and nothing failed in transfer of files.
no error no skipped files.
