Widget in mobile view open in new tab

How I cancel the new tab option in the mobile widget.
In other words when I open the widget from my mobile it open the chat in new tab.. How I open it in the same page like in the pc?

Hi,
thank you for your post question!
This can't be changed in mobile. The widget is opened in a new window because there are space issue on mobile screen.

A new page will grant a correct and best user experience.
