Hide Name Text Box and Message Textbox

Hi,

I have integrate this to WHMCS, and everything is working as expected.

Also I have made the Name field auto populate using prefill in hook file inside the livehelper folder in the WHMCS addons direcotry.

I want to hide both Name Textbox and Message Box only in one page as the fields are auto polulate and I don't want user to see it.

Is there any way to hide the fields in only one page?

If I made changes in the css, it applies to all the page.

Any help will be appreciated.
