Configuring XMPP with Openfire

Hello,
Can anyone guide me to configure the XMPP settings to work with Openfire Server ?
How to configure so that User chats are forwarded automatically to Openfire XMPP server user ?
Is there a way to add multiple XMPP Settings ?
