Live chat has been working no problem, then we changed the domain it uses abt 2 weeks ago and it has been but to day after logging in to the admin panel for a screen shot on a client
we now cant see the widget on the site and in the admin panel if we click on any active chats we get this error

Hi,
you can have issue if you change the domain.
Also from your topic I cannot give you any help.
If you want you can share here the link where your widget chat should do and also the URL where Live Helper Chat is installed. I can try to give a quick look but maybe if you changed domain is to change all database. Is complicated I suppose. I think there are not an official guide to do this.
You may need to install a clean installation.

So from when you have changed domain what you do for made chat work in a different domain?

So if the admin is reachable what you do for be reachable on different domain?
Maybe you have edited something of wrong and your LHC can be corrupted so this is why is not working.
Seems the index.php page show this error also I AM unable to see different source of index.php in your install.
Also I can see you have not installed the live chat in a folder but directly in the root of the domain. I don't know if this is really good, maybe but not sure.
Seems hard help you. The only things for now I can think is do a clean install.

the intial install was on the domain 1.kbcsa.co.za and the widgets were used on the domain 1 .kbcafrica.com but when some one changed pages the chat did not follow, so after a little googling and forum reading i saw that i can add the domain of 1.kbcafrica.com to the chat widget and it would then run across the domain
which i did and it was working
now all of a sudden we have a problem, even if i remove the widget domain stipulation.
I really dont want to reinstall unless i really have to

it because there are wrong settings in your LHC.
Your live chat seems still installed on this domain http://1.kbcsa.co.za/ but seems corrupted. Not work.

mmmm think not.
If I can suggest I will install the new chat in a folder and not in the root domain but is your choice.
Like when you upload your file not in the root but in a folder.
I think you have to recreate users and settings.
Sorry but I AM also unable to understand why your chat stop to work as you says you have changed the domain of the chat but in another message I understood the domain of the chat is the same.
Also I asked how is possible I can see the log in page in your chat who works... if you changed the domain... for works in a different domain you should maybe change all database. Is complex.
